Real Estates Profits
It is
anticipated that coming years will see the return of real estate
investors to a market that is becoming “amazing" on account of
robustness in transaction volumes and increase in market depth.
As of now, typically returns from property investment range
between 25% to
35% per annum (upon initial
investment per year) for the average investor in real estate
industry, and has proven to provide multiple benefits to
investors.
Overall, real estate is expected to offer a good investment
alternative to stocks and bonds over the coming years,
especially since the stock market performance has been lack
luster in recent times.
Investors today look to fund their long-term commitments through
attractive predictable income returns and where property
investment appears to be the best option.

The Rewards
|
|
No other investment
offers a better combination of cash flow,
time-tested value and opportunities for favorable
tax treatment. Income property can produce annual
returns of 20-30%. Tax laws allow the investor to
deduct all investment expenses and to depreciate
the value of improvements. Upon sale of the
property, the investor can defer or reduce tax
liability by purchasing other properties.
Real estate is a tangible investment. You can see
it, touch it and show it to others. Returns on
investment in real estate have exceeded stock
market returns for the past three-, five- and
ten-year periods. While no investment is
risk-free, the risks of investing in real estate
are minimal, making real estate more attractive in
the short- and long-term than any other investment
vehicle.
To maximize your benefits from
real estate investing, you need to purchase
properties at the right price. And you need to
develop a sound strategy that encompasses all
aspects of your investments - a strategy that
includes protection against tax liability and the
threat of litigation. Otherwise, the more you grow
your assets, the more you risk losing your
accumulated wealth.
At AMLAAK, our one-stop
approach allows you to amass considerable wealth…
and keep it.

The Advantages |
|
|
ü |
Land is real |
|
ü |
Unlike shares land is tangible - it can be visited,
seen and walked on. |
|
ü |
There is a limited supply on land |
|
ü |
It is easy to understand and seen as a solid
investment |
|
ü |
Land is not open to accounting scandals and it is
clear when property prices are going up (or down) and
the reason for this movement. |
|
ü |
Land increases in value in two ways |
|
ü |
By increasing property values (due to demand
outstripping supply). |
|
ü |
By land gaining permission to have houses built on it |
